Bestgore.com, Dominica and Roosevelt Skerrit
So to start things off, we have to go back to June 2012.
Let me introduce you to Mark Marek. Who is Mark Marek?
Mark Marek was a 40 + year old male at the time from Edmonton, Ontario – Canada who owned and still owns the website disgusting website bestgore.com.

Back is July 2013 Mark Marek was arrested and charged under Canada’s obscenity law with corrupting public morals.
Detectives from dual provinces started investigating Mark Merak and his bestgore.com website after he posted a video called “1 Lunatic 1 Ice Pick” on his bestgore.com website in June 2012.
This video that Mark Merak posted showed the the brutal and inexcusable murder and dismemberment of Mr. Jun Lin who lived and went to school in Montreal.
This video was nothing out of the ordinary for Mark Marek’s website, because bestgore.com specializes in showing extremely immoral and disturbing that at time were highly violent and offensive-
- DEATH, including beheadings, executions, suicides, murders, electrocution, torture, stoning, torching, drowning, dismemberment
- ACCIDENTS, including car crashes, motorcycle crashes, workplace accidents, sexual accidents, animal attacks
- WAR, including bomb victims often involving children, white phosphorus attacks, decapitation of POVs, mass executions, biological warfare, genocide, ethnic cleansing, torture
- DISEASE, including poisoning, heart attacks, terminal illness patients, drug abuse
- WEIRED FETISHES, including needle fetish, blood fetish, genital mutilation,sexual mishaps
- BODY MODIFICATIONS, including self mutilation
- TORTURE AND ABUSE, children, rapes
And with this website Mark Merak has proudly touted “It has won numerous accolades, including The Most Controversial, The Most Shocking website on the internet.”
The crown in the case against Mark Marek, Mr. Sanderman stated “there was no justification in making the video available to the public. It shows an actual crime. It is also extremely obscene, It has death, it has horror, it has cruelty, it has violence, it has dismemberment, it has sex.”
This 10-minute “1 Lunatic 1 Ice Pick” murder video that was used to charge Mark Merak played an essential role in securing Luka Magnotta’s first-degree murder trial in 2014.
The “1 Lunatic 1 Ice Pick” murder video graphically depicts the slaying, dismemberment and sexual abuse of Mr. Jun Lin, a 33-year-old university student from China.
Here’s a summary of what happens in the “1 Lunatic 1 Icepick” video:
- Over the course of 10 minutes, Luka Magnotta stabs Mr. Jun Lin with a knife fashioned to look like an ice pick upwards of a 100 times.
- He then slices parts of Mr. Lin’s body with a steak knife.
- Luka Magnotta then decapitated Mr. Lin and sawed at his arm.
- By the end of the video, Luka Magnotta has sawed off both of Mr. Lin’s arms, his right leg, and nearly severed his left leg.
- Though Mr. Lin moved his head and arms in the first few minutes, it’s unclear if he was conscious at the time of the stabbing, or for anything that happened after.
- Later in the video, Luka Magnotta proceeds to commit sodomy and necrophilia on Mr. Lin’s torso.
- A small black and white dog can also be seen, whining and chewing on a part of Mr. Lin’s body. Investigators would later confirm there were signs of cannibalism found on Mr. Lin’s body, though the video does not directly show Luka Magnotta eating any body parts.
- In addition to Luka Magnotta videotaping the murder and sexual assualt of a deceased body. Luka Magnotta also mailed parts of Mr. Lin’s body to federal Liberal and Conservative Party headquarters, and to two Vancouver schools.
On January 25, 2016 before going to trail for showing this video on his bestgore.com website.
Mark Marek decided in his own best interest he would plead guilty to the corrupting morals charge and was sentenced to a six-month conditional sentence with three months under house arrest.
Fast forward to late September 2016 when this Canadian convict criminal, Mark Marek now flees to Dominica, brining along with him his bestgore.com website that he is now running from home.
Now the real question is how does such a immoral and corrupt individual like Mark Marek get entry and is allowed to live and roam among the very civilized and spiritual people of Dominica?
According to the 2001 population and housing census, approximately
- 61% of Dominica’s population is Roman Catholic.
- 18% are Evangelical
- 6% are Seventh Day Adventists
- 3.7% are Methodists
- Minority religious groups and denominations, whose members range from 1.6 percent to 0.2 percent of the population, include Rastafarians, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Anglicans, and Muslims.
- 1.4% of the population belongs to “other” religious groups, including Baptist, Nazarene, Church of Christ, Brethren Christian, the Baha’i Faith and Buddhist
- 6% of Dominica’s population claims no religious affiliation
Now there is absolutely no doubt that Dominica is a very faith based country and with it’s relatively low crime rates compared to other Caribbean islands and Central and South American countries.
It is pretty obvious that Dominica’s people have a very strong belief against immoral behavior and on a whole try to live their lives accordingly.
Yet somehow, someone as immoral and unsympathetic for human life and families misery life like Mark Marek, who is again a convicted criminal! Is allowed to walk right in, live and set up his bestgore.com website in Dominica. Amazing!!!
So what does this tell you about Roosevelt Skerrit and his government?
Does anyone really think that he Roosevelt Skerrit and his government are slightly concerned about the people of Dominica and their safety?
Obviously not! As an individual like Mark Marek was able to stroll right through the front doors of Dominica without any regard that he is a convict criminal, moral compromised and is a morbid Thanatophilia.
And to add insult to the situation Mark Marek is even allowed apply to the government of Dominica, request political asylum from what is considered to be the freest countries in the world, Canada.
At this point, I guess we better clear up an doubts as to where Mark Marek lived.
Loyal Roosevelt Skerrit followers will claim that Mark Marek really meant the Dominican Republic.
Now between the numerous amounts of times he references Dominica, Roseau and Morre Bruce by name. It is at this stage it is undeniable that Mark Marek was allowed to move into Dominica and live.

With that out of the way. Let us review the type of characters that Roosevelt Skerrit and his government had allowed to move into Dominica.
Mark Marek is a hardcore racist who calls Caribbean woman “land whales”. His website references Black people as “niggers” and their are endless amounts of racial slurs and rhetoric against anyone in a video that is not Caucasian.
The racial hatred that Mark Marek encourages and promotes his users to use on his bestgore.com website is nothing short of fueled hatred against every race and religion that exist in the world.
But it does not stop there. Mark Marek even has the nerve to insult Dominica before moving here to live.
Mark Marek refers to Dominca as “useless shit stains, crazy fuckers, entitled dominicans” and yet it is the first place he runs to when trying to flee the Canadian government it’s judicial system.
Mark Marek is an immoral individual who does not care about your family. He does not care if it is your child in the video being abused. He does not care if it is your daughter in the video who hung herself. Mark Marek does not care if it is you father, a proud soilder is being beheading in a video from Syria by ISIS fighters.
Mark Marek does not give a second thought about what it is his posting on his bestgore.com website, because these people are nobody to him. They are just another pointless, as he says “Fleshy Virus” that was was successfully removed from his Earth.
Mark Marek is a opportunist who will do whatever he needs to do to protect his own interest! He does not care who it effects or how it effects them. As long as Mark Marek is happy and getting those comments on his bestgpore.com post!
Now this is not the first time that questionable characters have been granted access to Dominica by Roosevelt Skerrit and his government of elites.
Roosevelt Skerrit has a long history and pattern of granting questionable individuals passports who are allowed to pass freely into Dominica without let or hindrance and assisted with any protection necessary.
So why should we believe that the elite Roosevelt Skerrit and his government did not deliberately grant thisa Canadian convict criminal asylum in Dominica?
How much does it cost to gain the abilty to hide in Dominica?
Roosevelt Skerrit and his government certainly enabled Mark Marek, an individual that is so moral twisted and morbid that he has no problems putting videos of children being physical and sexual abused on his website in hopes of getting more views.
Mark Marek get pleasure out of posting videos of young and old adults committing suicide, where he will proudly then leave a vulgar and racist comment about this poor individual who felt they had no other option than to take their own life.
This is an individual who finds gratification in watching individuals being tortured and beheaded for no other reason then being of the wrong religion or race.
It is pretty clear that Mark Marek has some deep seeded morbid sexual desire that are fullfilled via these videos he watch, post and comment on.
We here hope that Mark Marek was never able to go beyond his video obsession and act out on a innocent victim here in Dominica.
We pray that NO ONE was violated by this obvious macabre Marek Marek!
These are the type of people that Roosevelt Skerrit and his government are suppose to protect our country from! But instead he allows individuals like Mark Makek into Dominica.
The really questions now is, who else is living among us now? Who else has managed get their corrupt way into Dominica? Potentially putting our children and families at serious potential risk of harm or even death.
Don’t say it does not happen! Look at St. Thomas and pedophile and child preditor Robert Epstein.
The local s and the government knew for years that Robert Epstein’s island had been labelled “Pedophile Island” and NO ONE EVER could be bothered to try and stop what they suspect and also knew what was going on.
So if something so horrific as child sexual explition by a child preditor could be done so easily in the open and ignored. Why couldn’t Mark Marek be granted the same privilege by Roosevelet Skerrit and his government?
One has to assume that when applying for asylum in Dominica. You must have to justify your reason you wish to seek ayslum?
In Mark Marek’s case he would have to explain that he in fact willfully plead guilty to a criminal charge and was convict of it.
This would also mean that he would have to discuss his morbid website and unhealthy obsessions with videos of brutal deaths and raps from around the world among many other warped topics.
And yet Roosevelt Skerrit and his Government elites decided that instead of just deporting or requesting that Mark Marek leave the island. They let him live among the locals with no warning or insight of his morally corrupt history for a year when he decided to leave!
One has to wonder if this type of privacy and preferential treatment that Mark Marek got from Roosevelet Skerrit and his government comes with a price tag?
At this point it is pretty clear that Roosevelt Skerrit and his government are either not doing their jobs when it comes to protecting our boarders or they just did not care because they gained in some way, maybe finically by Mark Marek being in Dominica?
Needles to say, Mark Marek left “shit stained” Dominica immediately after Hurricane Maria in September after insulting it a little bit more.
Mark Marek was able to use the the top management positions in Digicel, to secure a seat on a chartered helicopter to St. Lucia. A place that he considered to be more disgusting than Dominica, because of the disgusting people who live there.
